Product Description
1.Working principle
a. Automatic feeder automatically pushed waste plastics into the reactor.
b. The reactor was heated to a certain temperature, at which waste plastics will be cracked into oil gas.
c. Pyrolysis oil gas through the condensing system, part of them was liquefiedinto the tank, the other part of them will once again through the condensing system to increase oil yield.
d. Through tail gas and smoke cleaning system, the flue gas was clean and can be discharged directly.
e. Wait until the reactor has cooled to below 40 ° C and remove the carbon black.

High oil yield
Box condenser is produced with 8 pcs 133mm tubes and 17 pcs 108 tubes,25 tubes totally can guarantee the high yield and not easily blocked .The length of oil gas will be arround 180m in the tubes and have enough time to cooling down the oil gas to oil.
