Main application and usage scope:

Features and advantages:

1.This machine have double stage vacuum(extra root pump), with higher efficiency and quality to dewater degas and remove the impurities.

2.With double 3D flashing, can remove liquid water very fast.

3.With UK G technology, can remove the dissolved water effectively.

4.Combining the double gauze filtering and polymer absorption technology to remove the impurities.

5.It can dry and oil the electric equipment in vacuum, especially for transmission equipment which the power is over 110kv.

6. The machine use the double-infrared liquid automatic controller

Maintenance

  1. After a certain period of running, the machine should be checked to see whether:
  2. The electrical control system is safe and reliable;
  3. The temperature controller is sensitive, reliable and accurate;
  4. Oil seals of the pump shaft are broken with leakage;
  5. There is any blockage with the running system and any abnormal noise with pumps or related motors;
  6. There is any air or oil leakage with the oil running system and at sealing joints.
  7. After each 3000 hours’ running, grease shall be replenished to prevent motors from being burnt.
  8. Special vacuum pump oil or lubricating oil N46 should be used fro the vacuum pump and oil replaced or replenished if necessary at any time.
  9. If the machine will not be used over 1 month, Place the machine in a dry environment with the panel door and all valves closed, and the machine proper protected by a covering.
