Product Description
The filling part of this machine realizes fast filling and slow filling through double cylinders. At the beginning of filling, after the double-section cylinder is converted to stroke 1, it is quickly switched to stroke 2 for fast filling. After filling to the set amount of fast filling, the submersible cylinder rises to the mouth of the barrel, and the double-section cylinder is converted to Stroke 1 continues slow filling until the set overall filling volume.
This machine is suitable for filling 10kg-30kg of fluids by weight, and automatically completes a series of operations such as counting into bottles, filling by weight, and conveying out of barrels. It is especially suitable for quantitative filling of lubricating oil, water agent and paint. It is an ideal packaging machine for petrochemical, paint, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and fine chemical industries.
